| About HSC "Nasser Travel" |
|
| IFF entered into a contract with
Kvaerner Fjellstrand of Norway for the construction of The High
Speed Catamaran "Nasser Travel", in September 1999.
The vessel arrived in Hurghada on the 25th of February 2000
and commenced service on the 8th of March 2000. |
|
| Nasser is 60 meters in length and
has a carrying capacity of 450 passengers and 49 cars (or 2
buses and 38 cars). Nasser provides the opportunity for you
to take your car between Hurghada and Duba thus giving you the
freedom to pack everything you need. Just think no more excess
baggage charge or having to decide what to leave behind because
you cannot carry it. Plus you get to enjoy the Red Sea crossing
between Hurghada and Duba of only 3 hours. |
Similar to "Eid Travel",
"Nasser Travel" is operated at a cruising speed of
around 35 knots and provides full panoramic views of the total
Red Sea cruising experience. It also contains all of the necessary
safety equipment to ensure you and your family will be well
taken care of in the event of any emergency.
Since "Nasser Travel" started on the Red Sea it has
made hundreds of trips across to Duba and infrequent trips to
Sharm ElSheikh when additional capacity has been needed.
